Kazue HORIMASU (堀益和枝）

Kazue Horimasu is a Japan-born theatre director and producer with over 20 years of experience. She has been involved in more than 10 copyright and performance rights negotiations in Japan.After moving to the UK in 2022, she completed an MFA in Theatre Directing at East 15 Acting School. Experiencing both countries’ theatre systems firsthand, she recognised key differences in how works are developed and staged—and launched her company to bridge that gap.With deep knowledge of both the Japanese and British theatre industries, Kazue is committed to introducing more Japanese works to UK audiences.

堀益和枝（HORIMASU, Kazue）は、日本で20年以上にわたり、演出家・舞台制作として活動してきました。10回以上の上演権交渉や著作権申請に関わった経験があります。
2022年に渡英し、East 15 Acting SchoolでMFA Theatre Directing（演出修士）を取得。日英の演劇制度の違いを実感し、その橋渡しを目的とした活動を開始しました。
日英両国の演劇システムを深く理解しているからこそ可能な取り組みとして、日本の舞台作品をもっと英国へ届けたいと考えています。
